Image Direct operates from its Head Office and adjoining Distribution Centre in Hayes, Middlesex, adjacent to the major access routes of the M4 and M40 into Central London and the City.

For all deliveries in the London and Home Counties Image Direct operates its own delivery fleet of vehicles, with fully trained and uniformed drivers. This provides Image with both the reliability of service and flexibility of delivery for client specific requirements. Image vehicles incorporate GPS tracking providing the customer service team visibility of deliveries on a real time basis.

Our dedicated delivery team often go that “extra mile” for our customers. In some cases they may deliver to nominated delivery points, check and replenish client stock and cater for particular timed delivery requirements or locations.

Image Direct works in partnership with our main logistic partner Spicers, the UK’s largest office products wholesaler with over twenty million pounds worth of stock across seven regional distribution centres. Through Spicers and their third party carrier partner Fedex, Image Direct offers a UK Nationwide next day delivery capability.

With order fill in excess of 98% across 16,000 products and state-of-the-art automated fulfilment system most orders are picked, packed and ready for dispatch within minutes of the order being processed. A fast and efficient service is key to our success.
